Sophie Fairway is our new Adult ADHD assessor, trained through the ADHD Global Network, offering private ADHD assessments for adults in the UK. Assessments are available both online and in person, providing flexible access to a thorough, clinically informed diagnostic process.(DIVA)
The assessment service follows recognised best practice in accordance with the NICE (GN87) guidelines for England and Wales. This includes a comprehensive clinical interview, review of developmental history and relevant documentation, use of validated screening tools, and a detailed written diagnostic report with tailored recommendations. The assessment fee covers all clinical time, specialist expertise and the completion of the final report.
Please note that we do not prescribe medication and do not offer titration services. Where appropriate, we can provide guidance on next steps and liaise with your GP or other professionals to support onward care. We do not currently accept assessments via the NHS Right to Choose pathway.
Our approach is professional, ethical and person-centred, with a particular sensitivity to the experiences of neurodivergent individuals. My aim is to provide a clear, supportive and respectful assessment experience in a safe and confidential environment.

Skylight Psychiatry is an assessment, support, and treatment service where appointments are delivered using a hybrid approach of remote and face-to-face appointments. They are now offering NHS Right to Choose for Adult Autism Diagnostic Assessments.
