Room Hire
At Whitstable Bay Psychotherapy Service we place comfort at the heart of the therapy experience.We pride ourselves on providing an aesthetically pleasing space which makes working from our rooms a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
All rooms are furnished to a high standard, with original art work and high quality furniture. Each room, no matter what size you choose is fitted with a work station as well as a sofa and 2 arm chairs.
Access to the building is via a door buzzer entry system. Once in the building clients are greeted by an elegant reception area with ambient low level music. All rooms have wifi, tissues and a water carafe. There is a small kitchen where tea, coffee and microwave facilities are available.
If you are a therapist looking for a consulting room, we have a number of options available.
Therapy rooms are available for hire on a block booking basis in three hour blocks:
Morning 09.30 -12.30
Afternoon 13.00 - 16.00
Evening 17.00 - 20.00
There is a 30 minute handover time between each block to allow time for the therapist to write up notes and ensure a smooth change over between bookings.
Where a room is needed at a different time, E.g. if a client cannot make their usual slot, rooms can be booked in lieu of unused time outside for the usual booked slot free of charge.
Terms and Conditions
Rooms are rented on an ongoing basis; when you no longer need the room we require 1 full months notice of cancellation.
Small Room
Small Room £10hr - block booking £30 for 3hrs.
Morning 09.30 -12.30
Afternoon 13.00 - 16.00
Evening 17.00 - 20.00
Medium Sized Room
Medium sized room £15.00hr - block booking £45 for 3hrs.
Morning 09.30 -12.30
Afternoon 13.00 - 16.00
Evening 17.00 - 20.00
Large Room
Large room £17hr - block booking £51 for 3hrs.
Morning 09.30 -12.30
Afternoon 13.00 - 16.00

Remote Working or Small Meeting Space
Whilst all rooms are set up as therapy rooms, they are also suitable for a remote working space. Each room includes a work station with wifi and can be ideal for someone who is looking to rent a work or meeting space on an adhoc basis.
Rooms are available to hire as a one off booking on an hourly rate of £20hr for the medium size room and £25 for the large rooms.
Bookings can only be taken for whole hour bookings.
Block booking in a 3 hour block is also available. Prices for block bookings are listed above alongside the room photograph.
